Bought my new e-bike from these guys last week . Only realised the manufacturer had sent the wrong charger on Saturday instead of contacting the manufacturers to order one for the following week these guys brought me a surplus one they had (of another e-bike they had in the shop) all the way to sunny Wigan . They get 2 stars as they are quite friendly.They lost 3 stars due to misleading me about the cost.Being on a small budget i always ask about cost of work before i go ahead with the job. This time was no different. I was told the cost would be either 5 or approximately 13. Depending on how damaged my bearing were.So imagine my shock on picking up my cycle to find a bill for 36. They did say they had also adjusted my brakes. Which i did not ask them to do. Pay in advance is my tip.
