Great buying experience, really happy with my car(Land Rover Discovery 3) Craig is a good honest car dealer and works very hard to help and goes the extra mile for his customers, I would highly recommend Craig and Kingsley 4x4, I was initially looking to purchase an XS variant from Kingsley 4x4 which Craig let me take the car to my mechanic mate to inspect before buying, then agreed to have all work done within the asking price and started getting the work done, however at the last minute I changed my mind as I saw Craig had an SE variant in with lower mileage and used to own an HSE, so Craig very kindly let me swap cars and go for the car I preferred and am happy with. Do not buy from this trader seller!! i purchased a bmw and at the time i was told there are no issues with the car. After about 2 weeks the turbo has failed!! .. a turbo cannot fail in 2 weeks.. the problem was there before and i was not told about this...its costing me a lot of money to replace it. this trade seller is not approachable. i was also told that i will be sent the service book through the post which was a complete lie. I waited for it for 2 weeks still no sign of it. The guy claims that it was sent but if that was the case it would have been with me in 2-3 days. He kept ignoring my calls/emails and its only when i got in touch with trading standards he replied to me. STAY AWAY!
