Had a really good experience helping my sister pick her wedding dress. The staff were so lovely and friendly and made it a great experience for her. Would definitely reccomend!

I visited Cheshire Brides shortly after booking my wedding to begin my search for my wedding dress. This was the first shop that I visited and I had no idea what style of dress I was looking for but I was soon put at ease by Bernice as she showed me around and allowed me to pull out dress after dress to try on. She was unphased by the fact that my wedding was just four months away and I soon found the one a beautiful Ronald Joyce sheath dress with a detachable train. There was not enough time to order a new dress so work began on altering the sample from the shop they did an unbelievable job of this, taking the dress in at least two sizes and shortening it considerably, and made me feel completely at ease every step of the way. I could not have been happier with my dress it fit perfectly and I received so many compliments from everyone who saw it. Overall, a lovely shop with kind and talented staff that made for a wonderful experience in the run up to my wedding. Thank you all!
All I can say about this place is AVIOD! Which is a shame as they have some gorgeous dresses, the owner, Julie, is one of the rudest people I have ever met, very cold never heard of customer service in her life, will never admit her mistakes and is how many of my bridal party and myself described as snotty the other girls in the shop are lovely and very helpful, but after speaking to a previous employee of Julies I was told she was just as rude to her staff, apprantly the turnover of staff is quite high! Half the shop has recently been sold and shes stopped doing Mother of the bride outfits, probably going bump. After having numerous witnesses to recorded phonecalls and conversations she will not admit her mistakes and the way she talks to people is downright rude to myself and my bridal party, hidden prices, rules and zero after sales customer service (never once cracked a smile in the 18 months since buying my dress, gland i got it out of there for someone else to alter)
The customer service in this shop was very poor. On their website they seem to be very helpful, but in reality they are very obstructive. I am unsure if they were trying to make a sale, so we could only have this one mother of the bride dress and could not order any others at all, or if they were just rude (on reflection I think they were just rude). The owner was definitely rude and very unhelpful, and for some reason she needed all of her staff present for our conversation, which was very frustrating. I have been to a lot of wedding shops/mother of the bride and this shop I would not recommend at all. Due to their insensitive and rude manner in which they run their business.
