Had problems with front filling that kept falling out, finally found a reliable dentist who could sort it and get it to stay in from Anne. Also staff really friendly and helpful on the reception. Hard to fathom how they can be 1 star...
Honestly never had a problem with them I think the 2 one star reviews on here at the time of writing this are rare exceptions
Appalling telephone assistant, I called to enquire whether a hygienist was available at the practice as I've recently moved up from London and the assistant was so rude, she also told me that there wasn't a hygienist when the website states there is. Very bizarre. I thought I'd left the shocking customer service down south.
Went for a filling was told I needed to be referred and I had a temporary filling put in it has been 3months and they still have not referred me to the real dentist who can take my tooth out avoid this dentist and go elsewhere if at all possible I would give a 0 rating if it was possible
