What a load of rubbish absolutely appalling customer skills i called to ask if they had two albums as i live about 20miles away and all i got was we dont work like that you have to come and look really what it would of took them 10min to check for us and they couldnt be arsed no wonder local shops are shutting down all i got was no we cant do that its we dont work like that absolutely bull
The seller's attitude is terrible. He goes to full rage mode very quickly and his patience is non-existent. I only had the 'pleasure' of dealing with him once but the impression he made is not easy to forget. He cares about his records though.
I have driven over to Convoy Records a couple of times recently and it was well worth the visit,a really good selection with prices to suit everyone starting from 5 !I picked up two Paul Weller albums, a little more than 5 but in mint conditionreally pleased,highly recommended.Steve Kenyon1985 Great North Run winner.
A good selection of sensibly priced stuff. I could easily have spent 100 there but unfortunately they dont accept card payments. Get into the 21st century and you might do better !
What a great little shop. Owner is friendly and honest. Extremely happy with my four albums. Will be back for more very soon!
