This practice is excellent looked after my pets for years
We sadly had to have our cat Stella put to sleep this week. I can't tell you how kind they were. So gentle and calm with the animals. A serene and peaceful environment. Reception staff were welcoming every time we went. I can't remember the name of the vet who looked after us but hope she recognises herself from this review. She was lovely.
Little Briggs wasn't very well on Wednesday night, after nearly 24 hours care at Ashcroft vets he was back to normal, biting the people who love him most! Amazing service, they care so much and completely fixed our doggie :)
All of the staff are always warm welcoming and genuinely nurturing. The quality of all the vets is second to none. They really care. They explain everything to you clearly and always put your pet at ease. All of the vets really know what they are talking about. I'm a regular and I have to say , over the last 7 years of owning my dog, who has to go every 3 weeks to ashcroft , it is always a warm reception from staff and highly professional in every way.
Nobody ever wants to take a pet to the vet but if never used before I'd highly recommend Ashcrofts. From the minute you make a call to book an appointment to the actual consultation you get excellent service. Best vets in the area.
